New gadget scans text, 'speaks' translation

abstract:
A South Korean company called Mouscan plans to sell next year a new gadget called Voiscan, which scans any text, then READS IT ALOUD IN ANY LANGUAGE. The pocket-size gadget uses HP's text scanning technology -- the same used in the old CapShare product.
